King Von (real King Von (real name Dayvon Daquan Bennett) was born on 8 August of 1994 in Chicago, Illinois, to Walter Bennett and Taesha. Through his mother, he was the third child of three, and from his father , he had six half-siblings. Because his father spent so much time in jail, Bennett was mostly taken by his mother. His father was killed and wounded when Bennett was just 11 years old. Bennett was 16 when he was taken to the jail to the very first time. This was only one of the many times he had to go with the law. Following his release, Bennett was awarded college credits from South Suburban College, South Holland, Illinois. Bennett did his best to heal himself following further legal troubles. Following a collaboration together with Lil Durk, Bennett released "Welcome to O'Block" which was his sole album. But, an album posthumously entitled "What is it to be King" was released in March 2022.
