Lowe anchored two hours of live programming during the FA Cup Quarter Final broadcast on ESPN UK in March 2012. It was during this broadcast that the Bolton FC's Fabrice Muamba, who played as a midfielder who plays for Bolton FC, collapsed with cardiac arrest on the pitch. In the evening Lowe was a guest on every UK major news outlet. Lowe was the host of the FA Cup Final live for six hours from Wembley Stadium in May 2012. She was the UK's first female journalist to host the event. Lowe began her work as a anchor and reporter with Setanta Sports in 2007. She was the host of the pioneering Football Conference coverage. Also, she co-hosted Football Matters setanta's Premier League studio program.
